Good credit history and score. 700k ante salary kuda matter avthadi and it also matters how long and how varied your credit profile is.

Which is good anedaniki specific answer em undadu AFAIK. Find a good lender in your area who can help you find the loaning bank. Just make sure you contact at least two or more lenders and make them  fight for getting you the best rates. Pellam local and me GC applied 2 months back.. Luck bagunthey unko 5 months lo EAD and 12 months lo GC
