You call it rough, but his parents were a big name in the wrestling community. He was literally manufactured to be this huge guy who can fight people. Not very different from successful businessmen training their sons in their field of expertise. You know like the Koch brothers, Trumps, Ambanis, Kapoors in the film industry and the various other film stars.
