One can practice to deliver such speeches. However, in India, that is not so important, that's why you don't see much focus on such stuff in training.

One of the ways is to practice like this. If the speech is "word0, word1, word2, ...wordN", just start by 

word0

word0, word1

word0, word1 word2

....

word0, word1, word2. .... wordN

That way, one can figure out where one slips, or mispronounces or can't smooth out junctions, etc. After enough practice, you can deliver such a speech.

there are many ways you can insult NTR, but not this, you can cover that dailogue in dubbing but to act for that dailogue there are not many, only SVR NTR and likes of them can do.

NTR intha pedda dailogue cheppi oopiri peelchukune lopu okkasaari SVR "aaahh baanisalu, banisalakintha ahamkaarama" type lo okka virupu vichaadante, 3 kaaadhu muppai nimishaala dailogue kooda waste.
