Unnao rape survivor accident: FIR registered against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, 9 others

n FIR has been registered against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, his brother and eight others in connection with Unnao rape case victim's accident in Raebareli. In the Sunday accident, a car carrying the 19-year-old woman, who has accused BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar of rape, her family and lawyer was hit by a speeding truck in Rae Bareli. While her two family members were killed in the accident, she and her lawyer were critically injured. Meanwhile, Congress has asked the Supreme Court to take suo moto cognizance of the matter and intervene. The Opposition party accused the Uttar Pradesh government of inaction in the case. "We demand that the Supreme Court takes note of the incident involving the Unnao rape victim. The 'miscarriage of justice' taking place... and the voice of victims being suppressed will stop only when the apex court directly intervenes and takes note of the entire inquiry into the Unnao rape case," he said.

A truck not having a number plate or blackened number plate is the prime reason for suspicion and this comes as a big surprise.

Idemana vintha vichitrama ? evadaina evarini aina lepeyadaniki plan sesthe first and formeost ide pani sestaru, number plate peekeyadamo, donga number plate pettadamo etc...ie case lo truck adane vundi but media reports hue and cry that truck ni number plate blackened ani idi ani labho dibho...

Vallu number ni teesukoni driver ni owner ni arrest chesaru. The question is why was the bjp mla not expelled yet? What happened with the case of victims father death case?

Already case transferred to CBI, two charge sheets are filed on the MLA,His brother and five others..

The accused is an elected representative, case lo prove avakunda expel cheyadam etla chestaru ? atla chesukuntu vunte entire eelcted body will be behind the bars...

BJP expel chesina, he will still be an MLA...what difference it would make ?
