Buy a Barbecue Grill, grill chicken and eat healthy. If you do not have outdoor space (balcony, etc) to keep it, get an indoor/counter-top model or just use your oven.

The Deli section in local grocery stores have fresh and ready-to-eat whole Rotisserie chicken which is cheap for like $5-$7 considering the many hours it takes to do it ourselves. Rotisserie chicken in some stores like Walmart have more ingredients than others. Get the Traditional version with nothing added to it. If you are cooking rice in a "rice cooker", you can add these cooked pieces to rice in the rice cooker (raw meat goes into "pressure cooker"). There are some delicious spice mixes/seasoning in local American grocery stores like Adobo brand - and the whole place smells with aroma when you use them in the oven!

You could try Quinoa rice (it is protein) once in a while which cooks in just 20 minutes.

I haven't tried them and not sure but have seen someone sprinkling it on their chicken thighs and placing in the oven and the whole place was filled with aroma like Heaven!

I saw Adobo in Publix stores in FL but your local stores may have something similar/equivalent if not Adobo.

Eat chicken with Tomatoes & Lettuce and chicken wings with Watermelon 🙂 Yumm!!

make tomato pappu or spinach pappu. 2 to 3 days osthadhi. you can eat with omlet.

weekly twice cook chesthnemo nenu. max thrice. ofcourse I eat only one proper meal per day
