Yes you read it right. Aishwarya Rai will be paired with Mohan Babu. This is the news in Tollywood town.

Aishwarya Rai has confirmed that she will be doing Mani Ratnam. She informed the media when she was in Chennai for an event. Mohan Babu is also playing an important role in this film.

This film will be based on a Tamil epic novel 'Ponniyin Selvan". Earlier there was news that she will be paired with Rajinikanth in Shankar's Robo. But this was false. This time Aishwarya herself has confirmed that she will act in Mani Ratnam's film.

With Mani Ratnam she has acted in Iddaru, Raavan and Guru. This film will also star Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Mohan Babu and Karthi.
