Thats true about aliens. But is space extremly vast. What we consider 2000 years is just a blink of an eye for the universe. Traveling to our next closest star alpha centauri will take 76000 + years if travel with voyager 1 (Fastest man made object in Universe). Even if they see us in the past, they can't reach us. If they reach, we are gone from that point in time. As per the Einstein, the time travels only forward. To see us in the future, they need to travel with more than speed of light ( causality). Again, as per Einstein equations, it requires infinite energy in the universe to move any mass at the speed of light. Light travels at that speed, because its mass-less. Yeah, many things to be found and I guess humans or any intelligent life is limited considering at the speed the universe is accelarating away (expansion).  After some billions of years, it would be just Milkdromeda for us, there will not be evidence of existance of our present universe. Gone away with more than speed of light. Black energy is reason as per current science trends but long way to go for us to find...probably impossible..

True. Einstein theories anni prove ayinayi bro. I wouldn't say his theories works every where in the universe. But it proved the existance of black wholes, proved time dialation (gps), it proved neutrons stars and gravitation waves. We need extention to his theories. Hopefylly Quantum mechanics may solve. Or another Einstein may come to solve the String theory or some unified field theory which may fill the gap between Einstein theories and the Quantum theories..if this is done, we will know the nature of physics inside the blackholes too..unless we are just tiny species living on a mote of dust called earth suspneded in a sunbeam (Carl Sagan)
