Can someone 65mn light years away see dinosaurs

If we travel 65 million light years instantly then theoretically yes. However we need to have the resolution to see the Dinos. Also Pluto is not 10 light years away. Proxima Centauri is around 4 light years away. Pluto is much closer.

Sorry, my bad I meant travel time to Pluto is 10 years! Yup Centauri is 4.4 light years away!

But the point is video evaru chudatledu bro..of corse we can see dinosaurs if we r 65mn light years away or there r aliens at that distance but the thing is they need apparatus to see Earth and dinosaurs from that far, adhi not possible antunnadu! Mana deggara kuda Hubble lantivi unnai but clear ga chudalem and exact ga pin point cheyalem Earthi ni anni trillions of stars madya lo nundhu ani vadi argument.

Like I said we need to resolve the faint light. Theoretically you can magnify it but practically you cannot build something that big. However if the universe is curved then we are talking of a totally different ball game.
