Employer sent notice.. help please

nenu naa previous employer deggara almost 3 yrs work chesa..
vaadu ey client deggara place chesina oka signature pettinchkuntaadu.. 
emani antey... job aipoina one year varaku malli same client ki full time laaga panicheyoddhu ani 

recent ga oka client deggara place chesadu philly lo .. 3 months project undindhi..
then project aipoyi went to denver. Denver lo 4 months pani chesthundaga.. 
philly client call chesi full time offer chesaru.. 
nenu good thing to take full time ani transfer petkoni jumped. 

ippdu paatha employer gaadu.. nuv na deggara nunchi jump kotti philly client ki vellav 
within one year of leaving them ani lawyer notice pampinchadu .. 

should I fight the case or settle for money ? na deggara aitey 10k or 20k icchukuney sthomatha ledhu. 

please suggest guys..evraina ilanti situation face chesaara? nen santhakam chesina 1yr patram valid aa?

didnt pay anything.. only problem with him is ...he will hold paychecks or demand ton of money if i tell I am moving on and taking FTE antey
