Is it true? Courts will look after that also?

absolutely, if you say you lost something and asking the other party to pay, first question of the judge is what did you lose, its you who need to prove how much you lost, what you say you lost is it really valid loss or notional loss, manam lawyer emi nailpolishing chesukuntu undadu kada..

the employer now has to prove how much he lost, this entire business is speculative in nature, nowhere the client or the vendor guarantees payments, all are subjective to the work that will be done in future

the employer may not even have a direct relationship with the end client, agreement to source people is not same as paying an amount in future

there are many judgements on this topic, read them and find strong points

Bro... Vadu neeku pampindi just notice ye kada... adi picha lite. You don't need to settle or pay lumsum amount to employer... Ye lawyer gadiki 200$ ichi pampamanna pamputaru....

Main point is - vadu legal ga court ki veltada leda annadi... ivi anni, vurike baya pettadaniki. Lite teesko, tension padaku...

1st - go to lawyer and discuss with him, respond to it... don't even talk to your employer... he will smell that you are scared. Go legally, nothing will happened...

Again, it is all your mindset bro...Judge chusina.. maha ante, nee year pay lo oka 10-20% ivvu anna... malli ade 10K avuddi neeku expenses...

My strong suggestion is, don't panic, just fight legally... no need to talk to your employer.

employers notice la ki bayapade rojulu poyayi bhayya.... job kosam enni months chadivi vuntavu, ee legal notices meeda kuda konni hours research chey, neeke ardam avuddi, antha easy em kaadu employer gadiki money teesukovadam nee daggara

you summed up perfectly

I did not read all the replies but this is a valid non-compete situation. I suggest you settle.

manalo manam oka manishi perspective lo alochinchi enni ayina anukuntam. We just dont think from employers stand point ani na opinion.

Employer emi lose ayyadu/avuthadu: if this particular candidate did not join this client, he would have placed his employee for the next 10 years and may have in theory made 100K. Vadu edo oka fake number chebuthadu and situation will move in  multiple directions.

I think its better to settle it or atleast get information on what the previous employer is looking for.

Sorry to say.. wrong attitude and suggestion.. if a judge wants you to say, the person is entitled to pay lawyer fees as well.. happens all the time in legal conflicts..

we don't exactly know what this guy signed on.. hence, his best course of action is seeking help from his current employer..
