currenlty working for non profit organization - on h1b...my first h1 was profit org..

now thinking about job change, getting few calls and interviews set avthunnai.

but..immigration issues chusthuney...non profit safe anipisthundi..

salary wise...new jobs 30% salary hike osthadi..

and ikkada job picha lite...no tension..

so job maarala vadda ani dielemma..

anyone faced this type situation.
