ironically he is is big position too .. he made me go through hell like putting low rating on my performance ratings even though I got client appriciations.. scolding other team members for no reason jus coz they offered a seat for me in the meeting

Team members got to know he is hitting on me .. some people even told me they cant join with me for lunch coz he might get angry (most of them are contractors )

 

I can understand . I have been through that but i was contractor so simple ga vere project ki move ayipoya. Oka project lo lead ki face mida cheppa i find office very unsafe nenu wfh chestunna if you want we can talk to our manager ani. He became silent. 1.5 yrs wfh chesa. I was told by many friends and family to quit but i didn't  want to quit for no fault of mine. I wanted him to get frustrated for what he made me go through. Nannu pikeyaledu but i am his threat. But these kind of experiences take away peace. Don't give up be strong. Director case lo nenu em matladaledu . Being a big person i told to a colleague (architect) as we kind of were close and he was my distant relative ani telisindi after joining project. Ataniki chepte director vadu nuvvu contractor em cheyagalav annadu. Ento awesome project and team but i chose to leave the place as it was taking away my peace. Good luck @Diana
