Ippudu naa transfer approve aithe new employer ki ventane move avvala . Neenu emo naa I140 approve ainakaa move avvudam anukuntunna.

How long I can work for my current employer once after the H1b transfer is approved with the new employer.

As I know once new H1 gets approved old one is invalid...you pay roll has to start with petitioner with new employer...asalu desi ganito 140 ayyaka move avacchu....initiate cheyyadam and thru avvadame kastam undi eerojullo...

wrong. A person can have any number of h1's at a time. Only one need to be active at a time.

You can keep working... But if you move to your new employer with in 6 months of your I140 approval date... the current employer might withdraw it...
