They have billions....what they are saying is they only allocated few million dollars out of the settlement. Stock is at all-time high...we are the losers, not company or stock holders

147 million consumers at 125 is 18 billion and change. Surely they don’t have that much money.

nee vaalue naa value kaadu

settlement lo oka fixed fee public ki reach avvali ani istaru. think of it like a pot with fixed amount.

depending on the number of people that claim to go this route - they will divide that amount.

initial estimates prakarm $125 nani guess kottaru. projections fail ayyi janalu tega submit chesaru. ippudu 125 kaasta shrink avvadaam start ayyindi.

300 millions endi bro. its 17 billion $ company.

Also 125$ to every person is not guaranteed. If more people file claim that amount will decrease. I think they reserved some fixed amount for that. That fixed amount will be divided to what ever number of people who will file claim anukunta

Correct. Also, only people who have active paid credit monitoring can claim $125 - others will get just credit monitoring by default for 4+6 years that would cost them literally pennies for those 10 years of service.

Does anyone think their high-profile attorneys did not think through it? Think again...
