some people are sensitive to heat, but sunlight makes people a lot happier than no light chicago

property taxes are highest in houston, nest is dallas, austin being the last

2.9 - 3.2 Houston

2.2 - 3.1 Dallas

Austin < 2.7 in most places, round rock lo 2.2
