The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visited today the H2ID Desalination facility in Hadera, Israel. The plant authorities who called on the Chief Minister earlier gave him a brief presentation on the desalination mechanism and the economy/costs associated with the project. 

Jagan enquired with them about the capital and operational costs involved in the project. He then visited the plant and had a first-hand appreciation of the different processes involved in the desalination of sea water. 

He tasted the desalinated water and appreciated its quality. Mr. Rafi Shamir, a senior executive of the Hadera plant organized CM's visit.
