Canada dhi chesi 4-5yrs avuthundi appatlo direct bank tho link chesi kattanu anukunta. But india ki teliyatla ba will check the options

first fill ds160 page 1.. 2 different for both..  make sure you remeber security question etc to retrieve application https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx

ustraveldocs.com/in lo you can have main applicant and others too.. one payment for all.. to pay you need  netbanking or pay physically in axis bank.. hdfc nri account used for this, netbanking..
