Night Wisconsin lo ticket vesadu 70 highway medha 86 ki catch chesadu, This is my first offence. $250 fine with 4 points ani echadu.

Not sure how to proceed as this is my first time I want your experienced advices on how to proceed without impacting h1 status. Ticket lo mention chesadu I can send fine through post but they will consider it as Guilty. Please advice.

Fee kadtunnav ante guilut accept chetunatte kada..

find out if Wisconsin has point waiver system in place if you take driving class.

unte tesko, but mottam 4 pts teyakapovachu..they can reduce it to 2 pts.

Looks like u can do it in Wisconsin.

Drivers may have three points removed from their record by completing an approved traffic safety or defensive driving course; however, this can only be done once every three years.

go and do that...it will get down to 1 point.

1. Either paying direct fine by sending check means admitting guilt.

2. If I want want to dispute citation, I need to appear court and request Jury trail and pay proper fee. Not sure how this work because the court I need to appear is 2hours away for me.

3. If I don't do any of above state will issue arrest warrant.

How can I do that bro... Is there any online possibility because WI is 2 hours away from where I live. Also after I do that course do I still need to pay total $250 fine?

yes pay 250$ fine.

check on Wisconsin DMV site man, if there is any class which u can take online, and they submit the course completion certificate to Wisconsin court.

CA lo aite allowed...

go and check the DMV site there...

Asalu eh points after an year potay kadha? why need to reduce them? I am sure there might be reason behind it. Can you explain me as well.
