Kashmir ki remaining states of India ki comparision endhi saami.. 

Kashmir - National security/ Border Issue.

If central govt has any other step to do - It might focus on Haryana. Kashmir ki vunna powers ae almost Haryana ki vunnayi, No outsiders can buy land in Haryana. Central govt has limited powers to implement scemes in Haryana state.

Hyd, Chennai, Mumbai, Banglore, Kolkatta - lo ilanti limitations levu. And these are not a national security related issue/ Border states

But what about economic benefits?

All cosmopolitan cities can be considered as UTs.

Business will have to pay less taxes.

Common man ki less taxes on....all necessities.

Rural areas ki all govts edo oka benefits istayi.

But urban areas esp cosmopolitan cities lo vunna employees and businesses ki very less benefits.

In addition UT development and maintainance ki spl budget coming from centre instead of state govt allocating money.
