use wingrep (Windows grep) software -> search word lo type cheseyi, Next ani kottu. 

Select the main folder you wanted to search and choose all the files extn you wanted and then

The problem you are trying to solve is anterior to "how open a 2.2G log file". Post that problem instead. It could be about pulling about certain data from this log file; in which case, there are many solutions.

1)download community edition of MYSQL and load the file if structured data

2)run a jupyter notebook for python data frames and query the file

3)AWS access unte upload to S3 and run athena

2.2 GB file lu open chesi editor lo ctrl + F lu ctrl + S lu kodatav..daniki hang aitadi and moreover you cannot run interactive queries on it
