FED rates are not directly related to Mortgage rates, that's mostly applies to your car and personal loans. March lo Fed interest rate penchinappudu mortgage rates went down.

Also re-finance depends on what is your interest rate now. Last November lo nenu try chesthe 5.25% interest rate chepparu. Ade June lo thisukunte 3.75% ki echaru. If you can get atleast .5% interest reduced with less than 1% of your loan value as closing costs, go for it or else waste of money

pre approved is different dude.Pre approved tarvatha basic underwriting tho full process follow ayi loan approve chestharu.Closing and rate lock appudu verification and underwriting indepth chestharu.Nenu 20% down chesthuna to avoid PMI
