Every 1/8 th pint ki 30 yers ki   7 dollars in between 2.875 and 3.00..

 

For exmaple 100k ki 4k closing cost anukote @ 2.875 interest rate and 3.125 zero closing cost antaru velluu..Then you should go for 3.125 one as you dont need extra cost for closing and you can use  that 4k for down payment..

Closing cost zero ela avthadi bro, did you role up closing cost into your loan balance amount

our actual rate, payment, and costs could be higher. Get an official Loan Estimate before choosing a loan.

ne mortgage broker ki back isthadu 1.25% of loan amount..they share that maount with you..basic ga house 400k anukoo vallaki 5k daka return istharu main bank vadu broker ki.. Broker gadu 1k pettukoni 4k return isthadu manaki towards closing as lender credit ani..IT all depends how you shop ..DOnt go to big banks like chase, bofa , wellsfargo..

not sure abt VA ..Mana desi circle lo adugu bro evarina anynaa.. TX lo ayhtee suggest  chesi vadinii..As it is refinance you can shop around and look for some one who can do closing cost for zeros..In my circle we all did refinance and intial clsoing for zero closing cost..

Intrest rate vunte better deal or bad deal cheppa vachu..Look for low interest and zero closing cost basically..aa rate ki zero closing costs istharu easy gane..

Not ARM. 30 year fixed conventional. Mortgage rates  track 10 year treasury yield and it recently went down to historic lows. so was able to lock @3.25. the rates stabilized a bit now and 3.25 is not available anymore. doesn't mean it wont come back. need to shop around a bit for mortgages to get the best rate. Don't go to banks directly. better.com and credible.com you can create free profiles and  get an idea of what rates you can expect based on your credit. ( both do soft check and wont impact credit scores). Then you can shop with brokers as they can generally get a bit better deals than these.
