application fees but yes part of overall origination charges.

new construction and if i use the builders financing arm, i get 4500 incentive. In case of second sales, the seller will give you some credits depending on how you negotiate

so from nvr for 3.5 did u get with no points or with points? Also how much was ur closing costs with lender discounts? did he pay for seller title charges or made u pay?
