it varies from person to person kooda ga baa...maa intlo father and mother iddariki diabetes vundhi

nenu lazy ayyi work out cheyyatle 3 yrs nunchi...but diet ayithe baane follow avutha..so far anni tests baane vunaayi

a dash of lemon and oka ginger baddha padiyi...taste kooda baaguntundhi

kaani konchem 1 and 2 red color lo vasthaayi appudappudu
