Floods kill at least 22 in Kerala, displace thousands

Eyewitness videos show high levels of water raging through different parts of Kerala, hitting the Wayanad district particularly hard. According to local officials, more than 22,000 people "have been evacuated to safety and lodged in 315 camps across the state."
