Wife two months back india nunchi vacchindi. She is on H4 and is planning to join school in January. I know for this we have to submit form I-539(H4 to F1 status adjustment) but this is taking lot of time to get approved. So planning to go for visa interview. Will she have to go to india or can this be done in canada? What are pros and cons of canada if this can be done

Please let me know if anyone in same boat.
