India lo chey real estate.

ya adhea for rent

just for example i brought a investment property in india 1C(around 140K), i get around 30K/month(400$)...thats 5000$ per year

just imagine if you found a property like near universities for around 200K and rent it for around 1200$ and if your mortgage+taxes+insurace+maintance was around 500-600$ you making more profits per month here (all these number a rough idea).....i think from what i am seeing we still can make more money....IMO

Depends on your visa status. If you are on H1 or anything less, not worth it. Coz it ll be a headache to sell your assets here if you are stuck up in india. GC or citizen aithe enjoy

India lo cheyadam better, rather than looking monthly profit, India being developing country there is high probability that the investment prices will increase, which is far more than monthly rental income

i dont think so basu, that seems too high

and yes, i will not buy a condo, not in community....just like a single home(where HOA is super less, less amenities less HOA )
