Margie Reckard, 63, died on August 3 when a gunman opened fire at an El Paso Walmart. She left behind her husband, Antonio Basco, to whom she was married for 22 years. On Tuesday, Basco invited the public to help celebrate the life of his late wife after telling reporters he has no other family.
