Special Power of Attorney for just one transaction (buying house) saripotadi kada. Why they need General power of attorney. GPA unte any thing behalf of you cheyyochu india lo. 

GPA kosam embassy ki vere city ki travel cheyyala? Em rules ra babu india lo. Eppudu marutaro. UPS and other authorized notary vallani trust cheyara. Evadina ID proof n documents chuse notarize chestaru usa lo. Banks lo kooda chestaru notarize if we have account.
