I was never like that before but US taught me compassion, you treat ppl based on their attitudes or behavior not by the jobs they do.

Thats a huge ass topic for debate... chala mandhi argue about this on reddit, facebook, buzzfeed articles and hell lot of other places.... chala mandi americans are against this whole concept.. 

Basically tipping culture is big in this country and even europeans dont get it. Ikkada restaurant system ala chesaru that they pay employees less and let them live on tips ani...
