Capital from when last 5 yrs. How much development happened till now? All these things need to take into consideration before moving. Water scarcity would be a bigger problem than floods (This time, I think the Govt did not act in true spirit to manage floods) Floods vastayi for next 10 days ani telisinappadu ... existing water ni release chesi (at a rate of up 4 Lakhs cusecs), then new water tho dams ni fill cheyyavachu but govt did not act that way. It has 400 Years of history and took 400 years to come to this level. But what is the situation now? can you specify one caste/creed that is dominating now? it took decades and centuries to come to this point. This will be the same scenario for Amaravathi as well. Even though it is dominated by one sect, eventually, it will all go away. We should always look for future and think about our next generations.
