"10.1 Since the grant of a license for a greenfield airport involves several agencies, a Steering Committee would be set up under the chairmanship of Secretary (Civil Aviation) to coordinate and monitor the various clearances required for setting up of an airport. "

ehe nee....entha chepina ardam aitaledu niku....civil aviation is a federal subject and as proposed by the aviation committee, which was set up in 1995, proposed new airports in 2 cities and upgradation of 4 airports. 1995-97 madhyalo political crisis valla move avaledu....1998- Vajpayee government la this proposal took off because of initiative by Vajpayee, infrastructure was given prime improtance...CBN scene lo ki raledu...1997 lo mee CBN intha telivi kuda ledu, shramadanama ni buses,roads udchukunetodu...

1998 lo airport infrastructure upgradation lo FDI allow chesinaru which opened global doors for FDI inflow...again FDI is a federal subject. 

Because of such initiatives, Malaysia Airports Berhad in collaboration with Airports Authority of India and State government of AP established HIAL ltd, a public-private consortium to build, own and operate the airport...CBN ki ie airport lo etuvanti fingering ledu, mee bhajana thappa...
