1 ekaram polam (Somewhere in Vijaywada Guntur Village) - 50 Lakhs value katnam ani chepparu Ammayiki isthamu ani in 2013 lo...They were approaching us for marriage.... In 2015 after capital announcement 5 crores value vunna 1 acre ani katnam isthunnamu ... we don't want your match.... We are looking for local candidates ani chepparu.... My EGO hurt.... 

I felt God saved me from such people.... Now if the Capital decentralization happens, I will be even more happy to see my EGO satisfied....

Prathi Real estate pulka cheppedi idhe....... Reality is 2 crores unna land last year ippudu 1 crore ki kooda evadu dekhatledu.......... wait for 2 more years....... when all the pulkas who bought 100's of acres on debt during boom time will come out one by one........... Big Bada Pulkas are a toast.

Don't get me wrong... AP state develop avvalani ani naaku vundhi.... Instead of making the same mistake CBN made in Hyderabad by not diversifying the Govt Institutions... People in other districts especially those in Rayalaseema will feel left out..... Vijayawada ki kotha ga origedhi yemi ledhu Captial akkada lekapovadam valla.. Since it is already a Tier 1 city..... 

Prakasam Dist lo vunte it will atleast be closer to Rayalaseema and more over akkada Govt lands chala yekkuva vunnayi.... Why to destroy Fertile lands in Amaravati and surrounding in the name of capital.....

Farmers and Kovulu raithulu are migrating to other districts in search of farm land.... I know this because my cousin's lands in Nellore were recently requested for farming by Farmers from Guntur... 

My point is Farmer's ki farming thappa yemi theleedhu..Valla nunchi land theesukovadam anedhi thappu in the name of capital building.. Useless Govt lands lo Capital build aithe better ani naa opinion.... aa chuttu pakkana vunna lands ki value vasthadhi...
