This is the reply i got from one Attorney. Thanks for all your inputs. I will try to attend the conference calls as well to check my situation.

"I can remain in the US. The H4 was received and should go into effect the day after his H1B expired, so there will be no gap in status."

They see date on the day u posted (Postage stamp). When it reached kadu. I posted the day of my visa expiry too in past and was good.

you can file a another extension immediately in premium , but 60 days is the grace period , you must get the decision before 60 days.

but hire a attorney and see what they say. but my question is what your company attorney saying 1st of all.
