I think Vizag people are very LOYAl..... Example : Hudhud Cyclone vachinappudu ,Vizag baaga damage ayinappudu ... Vizag ni thirigi antha kanna manchi ga chesi nandhuku...

TDP ni VIZAG NORTH, VIZAG EAST, VIZAG WEST, VIZAG SOUTH ..... Anni constituencies lo TDP ni gelipinchi Vizag people showed their gratitude.... 

 

Ade Vijaywada - Guntur lo CBN Capital pedithe....Irrespective of caste andhari land rates perigina .... chala mandhiki pani dhorikina.... They did not show their gratitude to TDP or CBN in these 2 districts.... Ippudu Krishna water floods vasthe..... Akkada chala oorulu lo minimum floods vasthunnayi ani jagratha kuda cheyaledhu...NO rehabilitation to those whose houses were drowned or no damage fines announced to those farmers whose farm lands got drowned because of the floods . I pity the people of these districts.... 

May be the nature showed the people of these districts as to what they have lost this way.... I hope they learnt their lesson...

Land rates perigithe.. Apartments or houses or businesses set up chestharu... more people will get work... More people will get business done... Oka house kattali anthe Cement, Bricks, Paint, Electrical work, construction work, carpentry, Cable connections, .. INka ade place lo businesses pedithe akkada economy grow avuthadhi.... Ila cheppu kuntu pothe chala vuntayi benefits..... It is always a good thing right... at the end of the day everyone profits... Don't just think about the buyer & Seller transaction always...
