ఈనాడు, దిల్లీ: తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా ప్రవేశపెట్టిన మిషన్‌ కాకతీయ పథకం అద్భుతంగా ఉందని నీతి ఆయోగ్‌ ప్రశంసించింది. ఈ పథకం ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలో జలవనరుల పునరుద్ధరణ గొప్పగా జరిగిందని.. ఈ విషయంలో దేశంలోనే ప్రథమస్థానంలో నిలిచిందని శుక్రవారం విడుదల చేసిన ‘సమగ్ర నీటి యాజమాన్య సూచిక’ నివేదికలో వెల్లడించింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా వివిధ రాష్ట్రాలు జలవనరుల నిర్వహణ, తాగు, సాగునీరు అందించడంలో చూపుతున్న ప్రతిభను ఆధారంగా చేసుకొని నీతి ఆయోగ్‌ మూడేళ్లుగా నివేదికలు విడుదల చేస్తోంది. 2019 సంవత్సరానికి చెందిన నివేదికను కేంద్ర జల్‌శక్తి మంత్రి గజేంద్రసింగ్‌ షెకావత్‌, నీతి ఆయోగ్‌ ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు రాజీవ్‌కుమార్‌, సీఈఓ అమితాబ్‌కాంత్‌లు విడుదల చేశారు.నివేదికలోని ముఖ్యాంశాలు..
* నీటివనరుల పునరుద్ధరణలో తెలంగాణ దేశంలో తొలిస్థానంలో నిలిచింది.
* మూడేళ్లలో సాగునీటి వినియోగ సామర్థ్యాన్ని పెంచుకున్న తొలి రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లో తెలంగాణ ఒకటి.
* 2015-16లో తొలి నివేదిక విడుదల చేసే సమయానికి తెలంగాణ కనిష్ఠ పనితీరు కనబరిచిన రాష్ట్రాల జాబితాలో ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఈ మూడేళ్లలో అది 50 పాయింట్లను దాటింది.
* జలవనరుల కింద సాగునీటి యోగ్యతను 100 శాతం పునరుద్ధరించిన రాష్ట్రంగా తెలంగాణ నిలిచింది. 60 శాతం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలకే తాగునీరు అందుతున్నప్పటికీ నీటినాణ్యత సమస్యలను 100 శాతం పరిష్కరించింది. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎదురవుతున్న నీటి నాణ్యత సమస్యలను తగ్గించడంలో తెలంగాణ దేశంలో రెండోస్థానంలో నిలిచింది.
* ప్రస్తుతం పట్టణప్రాంతాల్లో 80% ఇళ్లకు తాగునీరు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. అందులో 75% మంది నుంచి రుసుములు కూడా వసూలు చేస్తున్నారు.
* మధ్యతరహా సాగునీటి వనరులను అంచనా వేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం నేషనల్‌ రిమోట్‌ సెన్సింగ్‌ సెంటర్‌ ద్వారా అధ్యయనం చేయించి ఆ వివరాలను భువన్‌ వెబ్‌పోర్టల్‌ ద్వారా ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచింది.
* సమగ్ర నీటి వినియోగంలో 50 పాయింట్లతో దేశంలో పదో స్థానంలో నిలిచింది.

what are you trying to say here ? ey state lo ayina kuda urban taxes nundey rural areas ni develop chestharu - adi India ayina US ayina.

1. Then why are still many states in India does not have 24/7 electricity ? I agree BJP has done good job to make GRID effective, but state govt was aggressive in buying the power at right time, and also increase domestic production. 

2. Go to rural TG and see, how the ppl are happy with administration - andukey 75% of seats more than 50% votes padayi - TG lo caste ni chusi, creed ni chusi votes veyaru bhaya

I was telling since TG agitation that KCR is one of the finest leaders in the country and I want him to be in power atleast for 10 years . TG is in Safe hands for atleast 5 years.

If Mission kakatiya and kaleshwaram completed 100 %, he will be in power next term also.

kaleshwaram - 240 tmc nizamabad, karimnagar, medak, nalgonda and rangareddy

Tupakulagudem - 80tmc warangal dist and part nalgonda

seetarama - 80tmc khammam

chanaka korata - adilabad 80tmc

Palamoor rangareddy(Krishna) - 200 tmc mahaboobnagar, rangareddy and nalagonda

Eventually north - south water grid tayaru avutadi with these series of reservoirs, one basin would be supplementing other in case of drought

This would change the fate of rural TG I guess !

Not only farmers, but there would be multiple advantages due to this

Agriculture, Food Processing units, rural development, tourism, fish and shrimp cultivation, forest (green cover), non-urbanisation etc !!
