There are few h1 folks in my team and they expect me to call them with "Garu" and later they started hating me inka just name tho pilusthunna .. vallu ante respect ledhu ani.. LOSERS!

Lol.. Stop supporting them dude. Na team lo chusa.. Disastrous folks. Oka athanu India lo manager .. ikkada developer role ki pampinchaaru onsite. He was expecting me to call "sir" or "gaaru". Athani tho paatu oka 4 members ship ayyaru athani team lo vallu ikkadiki India nunchi h1.. Vallu andaru athani "Sir" antaaru and he's expecting the same from other folks in the team ikkadiki vachaaka.. Not sure what's his prob. 

I'm not against anyone but I had a horrible experience working with these guys.
