SpaceX's Starhopper to attempt second test flight

The Starship prototype, which SpaceX hopes will serve as a basis for its future Mars exploration vehicle, will launch 150 meters (492 feet) into the air and attempt landing. Its first test flight, in July, was 20 meters (65 feet) high and landed successfully.
