Ade Army training lo unnappudu schedule: 3:45 - Wake up 4:30 - Toe the line(room inspection) 5:20 - First formation/accountability 5:30 - Salute the Flag, then workout. Usually 5 mile run every other day or sprints and pushups/situps/pullups 6:45 - Back to bay 7:30 - Breakfast formation/march to breakfast chow hall 8:45 - Field training/classroom training 12:15 - Lunch formation/march 13:00 - Back to training until 5 PM or 17:00 17:00 - Dinner formation 18:00 - Cleaning the bay/common areas 20:00 - Toe the line/accountability formation 21:00 - Bedtime. So my technique was eat Scrambled eggs, then down the V8 in 5 seconds. Aa taravatha used to eat Grits or Oats in 20 seconds, so around one minute esuko. Next minute lo I used to eat fruits including Banana, Blueberries(occasional), cottage cheese 3 scoops in 45 seconds, and last 15 seconds used to drink up the chocolate milk. Idi only first week baa taravatha they used to be a little more okay, last 2 weeks ayithe they used to let us eat for 10 sometimes even 15 minutes.
