Yeah  ade I was just wondering 5 mile run / workouts ki protein sources baaga kavali kada....

Yeah AIT lo we were allowed to have 7 protein bars per week one each day of the week. However, most of us managed to get more than that at times, so on the days we go for long runs (5 miles and above) I would eat 2 protein bars.

cool bro !! seems like neeku half marathons would be a cake walk after that intense training

Ncc also similar kada.

They give time to eat food And night duty is tough
