magic , chethabadi developed hyd. nobody made any plans, nobody bought investments. you village peasants cant think beyond what your village elders say about caste thats all.

Politicians are there to not develop but to decide the focus of growth. There is a reason why Hyderabad and Banglore had an influx of investments while Chennai and Trivandrum didn't in the 90's. While someone could have easily given out freebies, someone didn't.
