Don't agree..I'm from TG and core TG fan..All my relatives  live in hyderabad from decades except my family. All the changes happened only after year 2000 before that Hyderabad is Kondalu..ralu..rapalu.and no/less money. I spent every summer in Hyderabad relative house in 90's and early 2000's. Everyone is equal back then and decent amount of money ( ~10 k per month) .. All changed after 2000's because of land and IT boom ..People made lot of money and start spending more buying things like lands, houses and cars..GDP increased and never stopped since then  ..I know few friend families/relatives who played with me back then are worth of  multi crores.

Multiple factors happened IT revolution started in US from 2000's, Lot of engineer graduates in hyd, CBN helped IT companies and luck favored Hyderabad. So final is combination of both People and CBN.

Hyderabad is core of IT ani goppaga chepukovali..CBN helped in developing hyderabad..Some one did good for something shouldn't deny the fact.

NY is finance indsutry there are multiple pharma companies around NY but everone talk about wallstreet..Similarly doesn't matter hyd is home for dwellers or cleaners people remember Hyderabad is IT

KCR did nothing for hyderabad..He did good for districts by implementing  kaleshwaram, rythu bandu and mission kakatiya. district land prices are increased and late 2000' s hyderabad growth is in districts now

these two projects r next sources for water problems in Hyd expansion.. Entha sepu Manjeera water mida depend avutharu.. Next Chennai kakunda precautions thesukuntunnadu..

IT projects list are in practice now, unlike PPT's..

Talent pool anni places lo vunnayi - Amaravathi/ hyd/ Bang/ Chennai.. ind.. world..

But it is govt responsibility to provide basics - electricity, water, infrastructure....

Proper govt support facilities lekapothe - So called Talent pools migrate to best offered areas.

My say is: If Capital is not in flood-prone area, followed by basic amenities ( govt support - power, electtricity.. etc) - All IT, Non-IT corridors and talent resources migrate to that place. 

It is not an individual credit but a continuous process

I have seen few news articles and even telugu news channels quoting companies saying "telangana has best industrial policy"

You can have the company setup in best place and invite talent pool from across the country, it will be an added advantage if they have talent pool in the same city but it wont be the first preference. 

No one is arguing CBN dint do any thing for Hyderabad, he contributed his share but he cant be the sole reason.
