you can use it...it will considered using public charges only if you take funding from healthcare...if you pay the premium fully by your own, you will not be affected

nenu used when i was contracting...employer baaga ekkuva charge chesetodu..so i took from healthcare.gov

 

but nuvvu regular insurance sites ki velli tiskunna same rates untayi.....

Yes , I also took. Same rates are applicable.

I don't know why people are scare to take from health marker place. From here we are not getting any  benefits.
