Not all multi vitamins are placebos , vitamin B, Vitamin C and Vitamin D occasionally tesukunte manchidi, personally I had positive results. Meat ekkuva tinevallaku OK kani but meat has it’s own ill effects if you don’t work out.

Vitamins will definitely help in the longevity, tissue damage repair ki use avutayi chala varaku as we don’t eat sufficiently to supplement all vitamins. Ekkada 85 years kuda they are strong enough to do their daily chores kani majority Indians 65-75 ke deala padipotaru.

absorption okka okkariki oka laga untundi, body only absorbs however much it needs and over usage of vitamins can strain your kidneys. So it is better you take it once or twice a week the same kind of vitamins. Also chala forumlas untayi for a said vitamin and that regulates the cost of the medicine and this affects the absorption as well. Walmarts la cheap form of multi vitamins untayi chala varaku

More than the brand check the compound used. Amazon review boards are one of best places to know peoples experiences atleast to start with . Nenu  personally doctors best and now brands use chesta and sometimes costco la deal unte akkada kuda kontanu

Unless you are out in the sun 2-3 hours everyday . Winter months are the ones that affect one badly

Saripodu..mana Indians ki idi oka problem ani research lo telindi..oka Indian doc ni meet ainappudu cheppadu...we don't need to take it everyday but we should maintain some level of d vitamin

Poddunne 7-9 AM , evening 4-6 PM madyalo koncham endo lo kurchunte/tirigthe better.... Vitamin D deficiency is one of the main reasons for many health issues.
