food nundi vitamins raavadam chaala takkuva plus ikkada Organic GMO anni foods waste for vitamins.

nen blood test before and after cheyinchukunappudu vitamin deficiency unde....after using vitamin tablets it helped

vallu tine protein and carbs ki Ekkada nunchi ostayii.

Whats is your Age range in 3 yrs , what is your BMI , and problem anedi docs ki cheppu

Almost all basic vitamins are taken by you .. unless you avoid greens and proteins and fruits 

without diagnosis no body can prescribe any medicine ?

See there is a reason for all the foods we eat, 

for example paaya— it has collagen, calcium and heme proteins.

normal diet lo Idi ravadam impossible.

also b12 for ppl who don’t eat meat 

so certain things are impossible thru diet unless you are into all sorts of foods. Omega 3 too sources plant based nunchii takkuve. 

So appuddappudu bizzare foods tinadam kuda Better ee like liver paya which we don’t eat normally
