check with airlines what happens to your check in baggages while you take 2-3 days during transit.

Yes i did , i would recommend doing it other way , like while returning to US , as you can't deal with jet lag and travel and if you have kids it will suck

Flight price lo emaina huge change untudha? I mean ekkuva avthudha ala 2/3 days tharvaatha Dubai 2 hyd pettukunte

it's very easy, they will kept the luggage for 2 days, and also we dont need visa , book accomdation with emirates, they will pick and drop you from the airport.

the rest of the trips you can buy at hotel or online, cabs are very cheap

Yes we did ... took visa at abudhabi.. then went on a road trip

I went other way while coming back from india to USA spent 2.5 days

there are so many desi tour operators who does tours and they pick up from hotels...mostly they are mallu's

1. yes 96 hours transit visa istharu in airport... if you have US Visa stamp on passport.
2. else take visitor visa before travel
3. 2-3 days ki antey you will have take check-in luggage with you.. and pay some taxes on tickets
4. 2-3 days ki antey... best is go night dinner in desert along camel rides etc 
5. gold souks lo shop cheyi ... 
6. burj building and aquarium etc 1 day lo ayipothundi... 
7. 10 kms doram lo abu dabi ki poo.. 1 day 
8. enjoy the food. 
9. use local taxis and carry some $500-$1000 USD dollars and convert them to Dhiram
