mortgage purchase- today rate dropped 30yrs fixed is 3.39 until yesterday it was 3.49

check with Thirdfederal($295) or capcenter($0) in closing cost, but you will have to take little bit higher interest rate. 
check with DCU - they have options (Lender credit for higher interest rate
