Split AP and merge north coastal with Orissa....south coastal with Tamil Nadu, rayalaseema with Telangana and Karnataka...and leave great district of Krishna or make it lawless and hand it over to TDP and ask them to stay in that district and not to come out ....Then there is a chance to AP to get better a bit or else....Bihar of the South...
