There is nothing in your hands. He is 15 yrs old and mature. Continue the path just hope by the time your kid is 21 years get GC. I hope he doesn't go through same kind of immigration issues once he graduated from school / while searching for school.

This situation is really scary. The only other option is EB5 but need to be rich
