2 years mystery solved today

Friend always brings wet wipes to work every week. He finishes them fast dont knowing the how. Today he admitted he uses it to wipe down there as he doesnt like dry tissue papers. He feels it needs to be wet no matter what

He is from IIT came on h1b here.

Whats so wrong about it? Some ppl are prone to UTI's. May be he is just being hygienic/careful to avoid UTI's.  Cleanliness ni kuda mocking kada.
